This was a good story and had its twists and turns that kept you wanting to read more. Well spun tale that is a medical mystery interwoven well with other elements. It was easy to get behind the main characters, Dan and Anna, and follow their tale. Highly recommended!

Compounding, Dr Murphy’s sense of urgency is one of the patients is his brother Patrick. The author masterfully entwines this with international terrorism and the geopolitical intricacies of BREXIT.
Dr McCunney’s background in environmental medicine and his gift for storytelling blend together to create an exceptional read. I highly recommend cluster.

The author did a good job meshing themes of toxic poisoning in the workplace along side the political issues of the IRA, Brexit and personal loss and retaliation. Bostonians will enjoy the Boston setting and references to familiar Boston areas. Give this new fiction author a read.

Cluster if a thrilling story of disease, terrorism, and romance. Set in Boston, McCunney takes us on a wild ride through a cluster of rare diseases that are ultimately linked to the IRA, Brexit, seething hatred and revenge. All the while, tracing a budding romance between our two heroes! McCunney's characters are well constructed with some gritty "Southies" and the pace makes for a real page-turner. I strongly recommend this author and look forward to future works.

This is a must read book. I loved it and couldn't put it down. It's a medical thriller with romance, international terrorism. Living near Boston I could see places he mentioned plus I was interested in learning about Brexit so I've done some research. Very interesting. I didn't want the thriller to end. Waiting for the author's next book.

I fell in love with Dan and Anna as they fell in love with each other! The plot, the characters, the pace, and the suspense- all make for a fantastic novel. I’m waiting on Another Cluster!
